The Richmond Neighborhood Board of Directors
The Board of Directors shall be responsible for all business coming before the RNA and assuring that members are informed of business that affects them through reasonable means of
notification. The Board of Directors has the responsibility of acting in the best interest of the Neighborhood but is not specifically bound to act according to the desire of the majority of
members attending a particular meeting.

RNA Code of Ethics – Board Members are required to sign the Code of Ethics or otherwise agree to abide by them, as reflected in the Minutes.
RNA Board Meetings
RNA Board meetings are open to the public and all are welcome. Please contact the Board Chair in advance of the meeting if you need wheelchair access or other special accommodation.
When: The second Monday of the month from 7-9pm. (Note: The RNA does not hold a meeting in January.)
Where: Basement of the Waverly Heights Congregational United Church of Christ, 3300 SE Woodward St. Enter through the east side door. For large meetings, we may meet upstairs in the Sanctuary.
