People can run for the Board if they are a Member of the RNA, which requires you be 18 or older and live, or own property or a business in Richmond and consent to be a member of the RNA.
You can announce candidacy at the May 11 RNA meeting or email richmond.pdx.chair@gmail anytime before midnight May 11.
