 Division St. Parking Permit Project

The RNA is working with the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) to design an area parking permit proposal for SE Division St. in the Richmond neighborhood.  The focus will be centered around Division, between César Chavez and SE 28th. 

Any parking permit plan has to be voted in by the residents and businesses inside the proposed permit area.   Under the current area parking permit code, there has to be at least a 50% ballot return and at last 60% Yes votes of returned ballots for any parking permit plan to be adopted. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, this project is on hold until further notice by PBOT.

Division Parking Plan Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC)

Committee members will be determined by PBOT, but the RNA representatives to the SAC are Allen Field and Brian Hochhalter.
